Services Offered
Marvelous Care, LLC offers the following services to clients regardless of race, age, color, creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, religion, handicap, disability, marital status, or sexual preference:
- Skilled Nursing: Professional nursing care tailored to meet individual health needs.
- Home Health Aide: Assistance with daily living activities to support independence and comfort.
All services are provided by our state-approved home health agency employees, ensuring quality and compliance with Texas regulations.
We do not offer the following services:
- IV therapy
- Dialysis care
- Pediatric care
- Hospice care
- Outpatient services
If a client requires services we cannot provide, we will refer them to another agency, notify the patient/caregiver and physician, and document the referral in the patient’s chart. Our administrator reports unmet service needs to the governing body quarterly.
Our agency adheres to strict federal, state, and local regulations, and our staff is trained to deliver personalized, high-quality care. We maintain current licenses and permits, which are publicly displayed at our office. Our governing body oversees all decisions to ensure positive outcomes, and our Supervising Nurse (also known as the Clinical Manager) ensures clinical excellence.
The cost of Independent Living varies by many factors including the location and the services and amenities provided. Many of the costs are included in rent, making budgeting for monthly expenses easier. Compared to other lifestyle options, Independent Living is usually cheaper than assisted living.
Service Area
We serve clients in the following Texas areas: Houston, Richmond, Cypress, Katy, Spring, and surroundings. Our services are available to individuals, qualified health facilities, and other entities within this geographic region.
Yes, we can provide services to clients outside our licensed service area within Texas for up to 60 consecutive days, provided the client resides in our service area at the start of services. We document the start and end dates of these services in the client’s record and comply with all relevant regulations. However, services outside our area may depend on the client’s funding source (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance).
If a client leaves our service area, we will:
- Place their services on hold per our Client Care Policies until they return.
- Transfer or discharge the client according to our policies and Texas regulations.
- Discharge the client if services cannot be continued.
We inform clients of these options and document all actions in their records.
To expand our service area, we must submit written notice to the Texas Health and Human Services (THHS) at least 30 days in advance using THHS Form 2024. In emergencies affecting client health and safety, we may request an exemption from this requirement, but we must notify THHS immediately. For service area reductions, we notify THHS within 10 days of the change. Any changes may involve fees as outlined in Texas regulations.

Policies and Compliance

The governing body consists of the person or persons responsible for providing executive guidance to the agency. They are ultimately accountable for all decisions and outcomes, ensuring that our operations align with our mission, vision, and values.
The Supervising Nurse, also referred to as the Clinical Manager, oversees clinical operations to ensure that our healthcare services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. They work closely with field staff to deliver exceptional care to our clients.
When our policies require an action to be performed “immediately,” it must be completed as soon as possible, considering the potential for harm or detriment, and no later than 24 hours, regardless of location, time, holidays, or other circumstances.

Client Care and Support
The term “patient” is synonymous with “client” and refers to anyone receiving our home healthcare services. We provide care to individuals in their homes, tailored to their specific needs, to promote independence and quality of life.
Field staff are employees who have direct contact with patients, including skilled nurses and home health aides. They are trained to provide compassionate, professional care in clients’ homes.
If we cannot meet a client’s care needs, we refer them to another agency, notify the patient/caregiver and physician, and document the referral in the client’s chart. Our administrator reviews unmet needs quarterly to ensure continuous improvement
